HOW TO ENTER: The "PIQ Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. on 3/1/09 (all times Eastern Time) and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 12/31/09 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Follow the instructions to enter online at us.ferrazshawmut.com/PIQ for receipt by 11:59 p.m. on 12/31/09. Entry instructions will include a request to take a Protection Intelligence Quotient (PIQ) test; answers do not have to be correct to enter sweepstakes. The test questions will be changed during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit of one entry per person or email address per quiz. Online entrants must be the authorized account holder of the email account from which the entry is made.

DRAWING DEADLINES: Three (3) Monthly Prize winners will be drawn within five business days following the end of each month during the Sweepstakes Period from entries received during that month, with each month's deadline being 11:59 pm on the last day of the month. (For example, March's Monthly Prize winners will be drawn on 4/7/09, etc.) Limit of one Monthly Prize per person. Once certified, Monthly Prize winners should allow 4 to 5 weeks for prize delivery.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (except Quebec) who are employed in the electrical industry directly performing electrical work such as electrical contractors, electrical distributors, plant or facility workers in an electrical capacity, electrical specifiers or electrical design professionals, or solar power specific electrical work such as solar power design engineer, solar power specifier, electrical contractor or equipment manufacturer, age 18 or older or the age of majority in their province. Employees of Ferraz Shawmut ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and production agencies, electronic media firm, Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

PRIZES and approximate retail value ("ARV"): Monthly Prizes (30): $100.00 U.S.$ gas debit card. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000. Any expenses not mentioned above are the winner's responsibility. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner's responsibility.

WINNER VALIDATION: Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted under the supervision of Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail or mail and will be required to complete a prize acceptance/address verification form that must be returned via email or mail within fourteen (14) days of the notification date or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If a potential winner is Canadian, he or she will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question administered by mail before being declared a winner. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any liability associated with the acceptance or use of or inability to use a prize. Participants, by participating in this Sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause of thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in any Sweepstakes or prize related activity. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person's ability to enter the sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the sweepstakes on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the sweepstakes or its web site. No transfer or assignment of entries is permitted. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor.
